Product Description

A Concrete Protection Liner(CPL) is a type of lining system used to protect concrete structures from corrosion, abrasion, and chemical damage.

They are installed on the surface of concrete structures, providing a barrier against harsh environmental conditions or corrosive substances.

CPLs are commonly used in applications such as secondary containment for hazardous materials, wastewater treatment plants, industrial floors, and water storage tanks.

They help extend the lifespan of concrete structures and reduce maintenance costs by preventing damage and deterioration.

The problem of corrosion to concrete structures by sulfuric gases in sewers is the reason why more and more sewers need rehabilitation.
Considering these tremendous costs for relining or renewal of sewers the problem can be solved by its roots when using Sure Grip HDPE as an Inliner for precast concrete pipes.

The smooth surface of the HDPE Sure Grip liners provides optimum flow rates by best abrasion resistance and the bright yellow colour results in better light conditions for maintenance, cleaning and monitoring.
The precast concrete pipes are designed to minimize the field welding at the pipe connections having a stud free overlap edge zone on the male side for joining of the liner with one extrusion welding.


The CPL is firmly anchored into the concrete, ensuring a durable bond to withstand heavy loads and high internal pressures.

Sure-Grip concrete protective liners are manufactured using the latest production equipment, with high internal and external quality controls. Anchor studs are formed directly onto liners during the extrusion process, reducing risk of stud-liner separation.
